Fly Like a Girl: ‘Supergirl’ – Episode 2 ‘The Last Children of Krypton’

Last week on Supergirl we finally got to see Kara team up with her cousin Clark, better known as Superman. Lucky for us that super team up continued last night as the Kryptonian duo faced down a new and dangerous threat in the form of the sinister-seeming Cadmus. As usual this recap will contain spoilers from last night’s episode so if you don’t want to know the details of “The Last Children of Krypton” now’s a good time to go chill at the Fortress of Solitude.

Fly Like a Girl: ‘Supergirl’ – Episode 1 ‘The Adventures of Supergirl’

Last night Supergirl returned following a network change from CBS to The CW. Despite the channel switch our heroine picked up exactly where she left off last season with the discovery of a mysterious Kryptonian pod. The discovery of that familiar pod was may have been the connection between seasons, but it was also the last thing that remained exactly the same. New network, new Supergirl to a certain extent so here’s your fair warning to look away if spoilers aren’t your thing. We have a full recap past this point.

Fly Like a Girl: ‘Supergirl’ – Episode 14 ‘Truth, Justice, and the American Way’

The episode picks up shortly after the death of Astra. Kara’s grieving for her aunt and she’s having a hard time with it. Her whole personality just seems off, which is either really good acting by Melissa Benoist or thin plot by the writers. I can’t tell which.
