5 Reasons to Consider a Package Wedding

Weddings are supposed to be joyful celebrations, a beautiful moment where two people become one family while surrounded by friends and loved ones. They’re also supposed to be beautiful with decorations and flowers and even celebratory treats fitting with the happy couple’s style. However, in reality, weddings can be stressful, complex events that can be daunting for any couple.

Between venues, officiants, flowers, photographers, and all the details a wedding can be a lot to handle for even the most organized person. Fortunately package weddings are becoming an increasingly popular option for the bride and groom.

You can save money

According to The Knot the average cost of an American wedding was a little more than $32,000 in 2015. That’s the price of a car and can be very stressful to plan, not to mention pay for when you have to book each part of the wedding individually. But package weddings can cost a lot less. A complete wedding package at the Aria in Las Vegas runs around $3,500. A deluxe package at The Vow Exchange in Kansas City costs $4,200 with the cake included! Saving money means extra for the honeymoon!

They are easier to coordinate

There are a lot of moving parts in a traditional wedding. You have to have the officiant, the decorations, the flowers, the photographer, and other details in the same place, at the same time and all set up ready to go. Getting it all together can be a challenge. However, package weddings already have many or all of those items in one place, at one time, ready to go so all you have to do is show up. There’s no frantically trying to give the cake delivery directions to your venue at the last-minute; it’s already been taken care of.

They give you scheduling flexibility

Beyond the cost and the complexity of planning a wedding securing a venue can also be a real challenge. With many brides trying to put together weddings some venues might have a lottery system or even an extensive wait list in order to secure dates. With a package wedding, however, the venue is designed to host many weddings over the course of any given day. That means if there are several people all wanting a specific day it could actually be possible for every bride to have her dream wedding on the right day.

You get to focus on those you love

It’s really difficult to enjoy the company of those who have gathered to show you love and support on your big day if you are having to run around and be stressed out about whether or not things are being taken care of. Even with a wedding planner there are still details the bride has to think about. A wedding package, however, takes care of those details in advance which gives the bride (and the groom!) the freedom to be able to spend more time with loved ones and truly enjoy the celebration aspect of their big day.

You can relax

Perhaps the best benefit of choosing a package wedding or venue is that you and those involved in your big day get to relax. On one of the biggest days of your life there is no better gift than that of being able to go through it relaxed and stress free so enjoy having the details taken care, saving money, being with those you love, and having everything go smoothly. You’re embarking on one of the great adventures of your life. Enjoy it!
